FREIGHT all over China is again being affected by a surge in COVID-19 cases and subsequent lockdown measures.
Shipping companies are reporting limited haulage availability, and port operations are also affected.

Freight operations had also been disrupted in March as restrictions came into force because of an omicron outbreak.

Ports in Shenzhen and Shanghai were affected last month as disruptions to landside operations had an effect on air and sea freight services.
