Exports and imports of goods from and to Hong Kong both dropped in February compared with last year, official data showed.

The value of total exports of goods fell by 6.9 percent in February, after a year-on-year decrease of 0.4 percent in January, according to the Census and Statistics Department of China’s Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

The value of imports of goods reduced by 3.8 percent compared with a year earlier in February, after a year-on-year decrease of 6 percent in January.
