The networking group Women in Logistics will celebrate its first anniversary this Thursday 17 September; there will be parties in three different locations followed by a mentoring event which will include a debate about sustainable logstics during a recession. The organisation was founded to put women in the logistics, forwarding, transport and shipping industries in touch with each other with the objective of supporting each other and attracting more women into the business.
