The Transport Law working group of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) will present a new draft convention for consideration at its 41st annual session in June 2008. The draft convention for the international carriage of goods wholly or partly by sea is designed to cater for modern inter modal transport operations where carriage by sea is included.
