Imports of oil into China via the port of Dlian have been halted due to a fire and resulting oil slick.  China recruited an additional 500 fishing boats to help clean up the slick which resulted from a pipeline explosion during a tanker unloading last Friday.  According to the Chines news agency, container operations returned to normal on Tuesday and shipping line re-opened.  Imports of oil were still restricted and oil and dry bulk shipping are not expected to return to normal until the end of the week.
