The sixth annual Dry Bulk Shipping Market Outlook conference takes place on 27/28 October at the Radisson SAS Portman Hotel in London.  The dry bulk freight sector has suffered particularly from the world economic downturn, with volumes of raw material cargo being drastically reduced as countries cut down on production and construction.  The conference will try to address the difficulties faced by shipping lines and carriers, such as the over-capacity resulting from the reduction in volumes of bulk cargo.
