A new award designed to demonstrate the contribution which women make to the freight, transport and logistics industry will announce the winners on 14 May at the Marriot Hotel in Grosvenor Square. Prizes are awarded in categories such as directors, industry trainers, commercial drivers and ‘rising star of the year.’ It is hoped that the publicity generated by this event will encourage more girls to consider a career in the freight industry.
