Isle of Man Freight Ferry

Everything went well when RW Freight services carried my import from China. I was regularly kept up to date on the progress of my shipment.

Great export service to Norway provided by RW Freight. Very good at keeping me up to date with information, and overall a great Freight Forwarder.

Since using RW Freight Services, I have not had any problems. They have always collected my Swedish export freight from my premises on time.

My exports to Finland that are carried by RW Freight are always stress free and I have never had any problems with any shipments. The service they provide is one of the best and I am very happy using them as my frieght forwarder.

You do a fantastic job for me! I didn't realise why you chase me for my clients contact names & telephone numbers. I now understand from your import department that it is because you contact my clients to advise them of the impending delivery and to find out their opening times and to ensure that they have equipment onsite to offload. This is superb, it saves me a great deal of work and just as important is the fact that my clients receive their cargo when they are able to take delivery and hire in equipment to offload if necessary. This saves me wasted journey charges for failed deliveries. A lot of forwarders do not do this, they just get an import job & deliver it without contacting the end receiver.
