The Isle of Man’s new ro-ro freight ferry Arrow may be leased out, but only when not required to be used as the back up for the regular freight service.
The Isle of Man’s purchase of the backup / relief freighter MV Arrow for €9m, was due to be completed this week.
The freight ferry – when not neeed during busy times such as the TT Races – has been sub-chartered to operators in Scotland and the Channel Islands.
