Engineering goods exports from India drastically fell in the month of July 2022, mainly because of weak demand from Europe and China.

The exports recorded a meagre 0.20% year-on-year growth in July, reveals recently released data.

Engineering exports growth in July remained positive but recorded the sharpest deceleration in the last four months of the current financial year. India’s engineering goods exports is estimated at US$ 9.56 billion in July, comparedwith US$ 9.55 billion in July 2021.
