State-owned enterprises in China form part of many programmes currently being expanded to stabilize supply chains. The SOEs as well as private businesses are expected to play a bigger role in boosting the world’s economic recovery.

SOEs are increasing exports of their products and building more partnerships and projects in overseas markets.

The anticipated recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic and its effects, is expected to create growth momentum for infrastructure, logistics and transportation businesses, said the Institute for State-owned Enterprises at Tsinghua University.
