The international transport industry fears that shipping capacity has almost reached its limit on the global stage. Shippers and importers are continuing to brave exorbitant rates and ever-increasing shortage of capacity.

The unprecedented Suez Canal blockage has made the Asia-Europe shipping siutation worse. Rates continue to approach unsustainable levels on Asia-Europe routes, which is causing problems for the freight’s movers and end consumers.

The same scene applies on the Atlantic, where rates increased substantially.
