A married couple who were both directors of a freight company in County Down, Ireland, were banned from the boardroom for eight years each. They were disqualified by the High Court for unfit conduct while running an international freight company.  They failed to pay money for VAT, PAYE and National Insurance Contributions, in addition to outstanding premiums for insurance.
