A subsidiary of China Highway Engineering Consulting Group company has signed an agreement with a company based in Milton Keynes to use its road preservative product. The product protects against surface deterioration which is caused by weather and high volumes of traffic.

China will concentrate its huge infrastructure investment on new roads, rather than repairing old ones.   This will facilitate the movement of exports to the ports, which can often be delayed by poor roads in the Chinese hinterland.  It will also help freight companies in their distribution of the growing influx of imports as China improves its standard of living and appetite for consumer goods.
